About RAAH

Research, Analysis & Advisory Hub (RAAH) is a public policy institution working to strengthen evidence-informed public decision-making and effective governance.

RAAH brings together policy research, structured learning, and applied analysis to examine complex public systems and strengthen the capacity of individuals and institutions to respond to policy challenges with analytical rigour and implementation awareness.

We approach public policy as a problem of both analysis and action. Effective decisions require more than evidence alone; they require an understanding of institutions, incentives, implementation constraints, competing interests, and the trade-offs that shape what is possible in practice.

Our work spans policy education and capacity building, research, and selective institutional engagement. Through these areas, RAAH works with emerging policy professionals, practitioners, and institutions to engage with real-world policy questions, apply structured analytical frameworks, and develop responses that are evidence-informed, context-sensitive, and operationally viable.

RAAH engages with policy questions across governance, social policy, livelihoods, digital systems, climate resilience, emerging technologies, economic policy, and international affairs, with a consistent focus on the institutions and implementation contexts within which policy is designed and delivered.

Our Approach

RAAH seeks to bridge the distance between understanding a policy problem and acting on it. Our approach brings together evidence, structured reasoning, institutional understanding, and practical application to strengthen the quality of public decisions and their prospects for effective implementation.

Our Vision

Public systems strengthened through evidence-informed, rigorous, and implementation-aware governance.

Our Mission

To integrate policy research, structured learning, and applied analysis to strengthen the capacity for effective public decision-making and translate insight into impact.

What We Do

Conducting evidence-informed policy research

We produce structured analysis of public systems, policy design, and implementation challenges across domains such as gender and livelihoods, digital welfare, informal work, climate resilience, and emerging technologies. Our work aims to contribute to more grounded and actionable policy discourse.

Building policy capacity through structured learning

RAAH runs a policy fellowship that equips emerging professionals with the ability to engage critically with real-world governance challenges. Through case-based learning, analytical frameworks, and applied assignments, we develop the capacity to move from understanding policy problems to designing viable interventions.

Engaging with institutions on policy and implementation challenges

We work selectively with governments, non-profits, foundations, and practitioners to contribute to policy diagnostics, program design, and institutional analysis. Our approach emphasises alignment with policy architecture, identification of implementation constraints, and the development of solutions that are both evidence-grounded and operationally viable.

Across all our work, we prioritise analytical rigour, clarity of reasoning, and an implementation-oriented approach to public decision-making.
